Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. This may vary depending on the season.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 100% deposit of the total rental fee. The remaining balance(caution fee) is due 1 days prior to your arrival.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer to company’s account.
  • A refundable security deposit of ₦100,000 will be required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded within one day of your departure, subject to a final inspection for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Check-In Time: Check-in is after 1:00PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out is before 12:00PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to a fee.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID and proof of booking confirmation will be required upon check-in.
  • LASA apartments are for residential use only. Parties, events, or gatherings that may disturb other residents are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs indoors.
  • Guests are responsible for the care and maintenance of the apartment and its furnishings. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 1 day of the check-in date may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a percentage of the total booking fee.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our cancellation policy, as outlined in the booking confirmation.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
  • The management reserves the right to charge the guest for any repairs or replacements deemed necessary.
  • The management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or natural disasters.
  • Guests are advised to secure their belongings and valuables at all times.
  • The management shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Guests are required to comply with any safety instructions or guidelines provided by the management.
  • Any disputes or complaints arising during the stay should be reported to the management promptly for resolution.
  • The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith.
